Analyzing wine sellars, which are synonymes for wine storages, lead to conclusion that these cellars are very basic in design. There are no details, only walls, beams, floors and cellings. Cellars serve only the function, not design.
This concept is applied on new wine bar in Novi Sad, by stripping all unnecessary details from surfaces in interior. That stripping of details goes to the extremes, so only one table is left in the middle of space. Even bar stools are transparent.  Everything is subordinated to the enjoyment of the wine.
