The project consisted of 19,349 square foot interior build-out on the fifth floor of the Medical Office Pavilion, 3900 Junius Street in Dallas, Texas.  The existing space is a shell space and was finished out for a new facility for Orthopedic Associates of Dallas.   The existing building is Type II construction and B occupancy.  The project used the existing base building systems for HVAC, power and plumbing.  Construction cost was $1,500,000.

Comfortable and relaxed spaces are achieved with wide corridors, architectural lighting and use of materials.

The spaces are individually highlighted with warm colors, careful lighting, accent paint and custom artwork.  Each room has the latest technology using a compact workstation units promoting patient and caregiver interaction.  The cabling management system conceals and organizes cords and provides compliance with privacy requirements.
