The Media Circle Miami is a project commissioned by the Downtown Development Authority to envision design solutions that would help revitalize a neglected area of downtown.  The Urban scale intervention creates a framework for public events to occur in this abandoned area, and as such the civic and placemaking qualities of the design frame actions that take place on a 24/7 basis. Weekend markets, concerts, skateboarding competitions are some of the events accommodated within its realm.
