Complete renovation of an Historical Hotel in South Beach. Built in the mid-50's and a good example of MIMO architecture, the 170 room hotel is in current state of disrepair.

The new ownership hired Berenblum Busch Architecture to design the public spaces, outdoor garden, building additions and pool decks. 

The project creates a sense of laid-back luxury where the tropics, with its lush vegetation and old Habana inspired spaces, meets today's sofisticated traveler in a contemporary resort environment.
