Two separate owners collaborated to reconfigure three adjacent buildings in the heart of Times Square in order to maximize the retail leasing potential of the combined properties.
Following a series of schemes involving just two of the three buildings, Rosen Johnson designed a new addition as a monumental entrance with shuttle elevators to a sky lobby at the fourth floor of the existing structure.
The new office entrance offers a significant street presence and opens up four contiguous floors of prime Times Square retail space by redirecting office traffic through the new, relocated lobby.
