The setback and the material chosen for the most high and horizontal building area reduce the visual impact of the volume in the environment. The proposed program of the building used by thousands of people requires a clear feature in the design of spaces and the routes and circulation that communicate with each other and with the exterior of the plot which place the outdoor sports courts. The program is planned in three floors. The ground floor is located the main entrance, with a large lobby where is the access control with a large hall that distributes access to the administrative area, the vertical communications of the building, changing rooms and sports hall. The area of swimming pools takes place in one open space of glass facades and consists of:
1. A multipurpose swimming pool of 25m long by 12.50 m wide, 6 lanes for swim practice, with a depth of 1.40 m and 1.20 m.
2. A swimming pool of activities with a water surface from 27.00 m² and an average depth of 1.00 m, ideal for beginners in swimming.
3. A swimming pool active therapeutic or relaxation area with a water depth of 48.5 m and 1.20 m deep. Jets with 18 air-waters. (Located in three areas, back and feet), 3 water beds, 1 waterfall, 1 spray for cervical, 4 massage jets located on the wall.
On the first floor and second floor spa is developed. It is planned as sequences of spaces that are combined with landscaped courtyards are getting an indirect light to different treatment areas. This takes advantage of natural light but maintain the privacy needed for this use. The first floor is projected to double height for viewing water from the spa area. These two floors seem to blend into one, since the interlocking courtyards and materials used in walls and floors are different from those used in the rest of the building.
