Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park is a visionary mixed-use project incorporating residential, retail, office space and sports entertainment on the 300-acre site of the former Hollywood Park racetrack in Inglewood, California. BCV has designed the mixed-use retail/entertainment district, comprised of approximately 500,000 SF of retail and entertainment buildings at the intersection of Century and Prairie. The retail district at Hollywood Park is as much about experiences as it is about goods, food, and social interaction. Evolving tenant mixes create an exciting and ever-changing blend of fashion, food, nightlife, and events that showcase emerging and established talent, local and international tastes, designers and merchants.

The retail district also integrates genuine experiences and programming such as summer movies and local music in the park, a fashion bazaar, art shows and open air-grilling with rotating guest chefs to create something that is uniquely Southern California and genuinely Los Angeles.

At the heart of the city of Inglewood, the design of Hollywood Park builds on the characteristics that the Mediterranean climate of Los Angeles promotes. The project incorporates cultural sensitivity, sustainability and a sense of community that supports living life in a joyous way. A lake and park lie at the center of the project, with each of the major programmatic components - retail, office, residential and stadium - relating in their layout and design to this civic heart.
