Competition entry to the annual TOGS competition in Dallas.

Inspired by the Texan Blue Bonnet flower the 10' by 20' temporary outdoor gallery space (TOGS) provides an adaptive venue for displaying local sculpture, performances, paintings, or other arts.  With a roof surface of flexible photovoltaic panels the TOG is self sufficient for evening lighting; saving the city funds of running cabling to each TOG as with other schemes.
