Built in 2009- 22,000 sq ft +rooftop terrace

The New York City headquarters of this leading telecine and visual effects post-production house is situated in the top three floors of an old paper manufacturing building in Chelsea.  A new glass structure, capped by a large skylight, greets the visitor to the studio at the main entry lobby.  The staircase also serves to bring light throughout all three floors.  The primary materials are concrete, glass, wood, and steel.  The editing bays are wrapped in darkly stained solid-wood, and stand independently as boxes, surrounded by the white walls of the rest of the studio.  A state-of-the-art screening room for film editing is also incorporated, as well as a cafe and rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Manhattan.
