A contemporary house located in the center of Barcelona with the privileges of a country house. The site has incomparable views of Barcelona, Montjuic, and the Mediterranean Sea as the backdrop.

The garden is conceived as a project element. It establishes a relationship between the interior and the environment without discontinuities. The network of steel beams rests on solid brick walls that extend outwards.

The project uses energetic passive solutions and natural resources. A corbel regulates sunlight and a skylight allows natural ventilation. Zero kilometers materials and handmade bricks models from a local factory that modulate the spaces. Oak, steel and solid brick are the main materials.
