This project shows conceptual alternative renderings to the an existing exterior facade.   I was hire to provide 3d rendering concepts to and existing building.  The new exterior facade is none structural and nonseismic.  This drawings where not use to build nor to submit to the city for improvements.  The drawings where use as research conceptual renderings for the client.
