Herrera Design Studio is a small design firm, working out of Los Angeles California.  My name is Juan Herrera, I am the founder and the sole principal.  I started my new venture  in 2004 working out of my office in San Juan Capistrano, California, and now moved to LA.  Throughout a 15 year practice and involvement with a wide range of firms throughout Los Angeles and Orange County area,  I have been hired by other architects to help with their work.  My experience includes Commercial, Mixed use & Retail Buildings along with Custom homes.  I provide 3D renderings, 3D animations, 2D CAD drafting, Commercial & Retail Tenant Improvements nonstructural, building permits for single family homes no more than 2 stories.
