This 3,600 square foot custom home is located South of Austin.   The design reflects the owner’s desire for a Modern style while maintaining high standards for both energy efficiency and material sustainability.  Many of the custom features were fabricated on site by the family, including the rain water retention system.  Construction was completed in July 2009.  To see more of the Owners comments about the process please see Hill Country Modern.
