This 2,400 square foot residence was designed to maximize the use of outdoor space.  Each room was laid out to experience a unique connection to the surrounding yard while still maintaining its sense of privacy.  Construction began on this house in April 2008 and was complete by November 2008.  It received a Five Star Energy Rating and was quickly sold.
