Structural Engineer / Project Engineer:
Nathaniel M. Stanton SE AIA - Structural Engineer for the Tanenbaum Residence while working at GFDS Engineers.

Design:  
The signature staircase for the Tanenbaum residence relied on a collaborative process of design and fabrication. The staircase is assembled from reinforced solid stone treads cantilevered from a structural reinforced concrete wall. The stone for the treads was quarried in Israel, finished in Italy and finally reinforced and installed in California.
