Uniq Lomas

Uniq Lomas is a residential housing project located in the Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood, one of the areas with the highest added value in the Federal District. The project comprises two towers containing 86 apartments of 180 m2, 200 m2 and 220 m2.
The project is horseshoe-shaped, enclosing an inner courtyard that responds to the need to make best use of the façades to achieve maximum natural lighting throughout the year, as well as cross-ventilation. In addition it allows residents to enjoy the natural surroundings and outstanding panoramic views. With a considerable height difference across the site of approximately 24 meters, the volume appears to float above the street level, generating a large entrance plaza for both pedestrian and vehicle access.
The façades are clad in aluminum and glass, using a neutral palette of white and grays. The transparent glass dominates, achieving an integration of the interior and the exterior. To generate movement in the volume, the exterior façade reveals the shape of some of the interior spaces, with extruded volumes at different heights.
Adjacent to a natural ravine, one of the principal characteristics of the development are the large green areas which cover more than 7,500 m2, offering the apartments panoramic views of the area together with space for recreation.
In addition, the project comprises a wide range of services, including gym, pool, events room, games room, spa, and adults’ room.
Uniq Lomas is a unique development that combines a desirable location with spectacular green areas.
