Perched along the untamed western edge of Vancouver Island, ensconced in the UNESCO Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve and situated on the ancestral lands of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation, Tofino Beach Lodge offers an enchanting escape. Visitors can submerge themselves in the diverse ecosystem, delving into coastal tide pools or observing the lively comings and goings of squirrels and songbirds in the canopy of the coastal rainforest. The Lodge and Hotel structures appear to hover on raised concrete supports, providing glimpses through the enchanting screen of spruce, cedar, and fir trees. Below, a mosaic of indigenous plants intertwines beneath the buildings, fostering natural water flow patterns to nurture coastal wetlands. Camouflaged within the rainforest, a clandestine sanctuary awaits in the hidden garden of the wellness retreat. Beyond mysterious barriers, guests encounter a secluded tranquility housing a sauna and heated pool for ultimate rejuvenation.
