Located at the corner of Apple and Dante Street is Bellegarde Bakery. Williams Architects assisted Bellegarde Bakery and Gardner Development in preserving and redesigned the former Knights of Columbus Hall into a walk-in retail and wholesale bakery. This vibrant transformation created a new, open, and light filled space for Bellegarde Bakery’s incredible staff to work in their unique craft of making some of the country’s best bread, pasta, and flour.
