The South Napa Health Center Project for Ole Health will be a new 30,000 SF, three story building bordering the Napa wetlands. The project is adjacent other city services and non-profits, including Transitional Housing, a Homeless Shelter, Fire Department and Animal Shelter. The site has a challenging small footprint, which also rewards the health center with unobstructed views of the natural wetlands and rolling hillsides. The building will house three family medicine medical pods, dental, optometry, pharmacy, lab, triage, enrollment and health education services. The building design is planned to maximize natural light and views to the north, sustainable finishes and energy efficient buildings systems, including photovoltaic panels.
