2+ Architects is currently working with the owner the LPS charitable foundation to develop the master-plan and individual programs for a spiritual center on a 180,000 SF lot in the Redlands, FL. The program consist of a chapel, welcome center, a flex space for 300 people and 40 dormitories for the spiritual retreat component. The extensive landscape accompanying the project includes along with parking, a reflective pond for the chapel, outdoor plazas for exterior events and a rosary garden in the dormitories for meditation. The project is currently under zoning change review.
