Northwest Gardens V is a new phase of the award-winning $58 million redevelopment by Carlisle Development Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale. The project is intended to provide quality affordable housing in the North West region of Fort Lauderdale, a neighborhood which has been economically struggling for years.
2+ Architects, in collaboration with Zyscovich Architects, provided design services to the Carlisle Group for these affordable housing units using existing unit prototype design to expedite the project development. The 6 new residential buildings include a community center, public gardens, playgrounds, laundry and energy efficient plumbing and appliances.
