The former Schoen’s Furniture Building at 612 Hamilton Street in Allentown, built in 1910, has been transformed into the Trifecta Technologies Building. DxDempsey designed and prepared the construction documents for the exterior renovation of the building, including opening up the long Western façade to expose the concrete structure and to bring in light and beautiful views of the downtown.  The core and shell renovations also reconfigured the interiors to prepare for commercial and restaurant use.
