We undertook a project from STAAR Surgical’s headquarters in Lake Forest focusing on the second-level tenant improvement of an existing two-story building. These projects have been done in multiple phases over the years. The scope of work spanned 35,250 sq ft on the second floor, transforming the space into a modern and efficient work environment.

The renovated area includes offices, break rooms, open office space for more effective teamwork, a small gym with a shower, a collaboration room for team projects and meetings, and an “experience center lecture room” and an “experience practice room” for lectures, training sessions, and hands-on experimentation. Additionally, the area features a reception area, conference rooms, larger board rooms, executive offices, an open event area for gatherings and functions, and a commercial kitchen. Our objective was to enhance functionality and create a comprehensive workspace for the STAAR Surgical team.
