This project is located on the Wilshire corridor across from Lafayette Park. The form responds to views of the Downtown skyline, Hollywood Hills, and the adjacent park. Inspiration came from the adjacent park where the articulation of the facade responds to the random pattern of the sunlight shining through the trees an the strong lines that form balconies to the energy of the Wilshire neighborhood. The project is comprised of 642 residential units with amenities that include everything necessary for the modern day Angeleno.
