The two towers are located in the Southwark neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles. 1200 S Figueroa is comprised of two 36-story towers for a total of 648 units luxury condominiums. Retail and restaurants fill the podium level. HansonLA designed the unit layouts and interior design.
