What began as a handful of architects designing multifamily housing has grown into a company offering much more. From class leading hotels, to comfortable homes, to attractive businesses, and lush green parks, we forge ahead, breaking ground everyday. We routinely team up with communities and private developer firms to make sure our projects meet all expectations. This helps lift budgetary constraints of municipalities to suit our clients as well as the communities where we work.
We're currently going great lengths to ensure that our company has as light of a footprint on the environment as possible. To date, we've cut our office's energy use by 60%, water consumption by 90% and are well on our way to being one of the first energy-net zero offices in the world. We currently supply nearly one fifth of our energy needs from an on-site solar array and are looking to expand. When it comes to the environment, we are leading the way in sustainable design by example.

We've designed a large number of the Marriott hotels, Banner Banks, and a Senior Housing Assistance Group facilities in the Northwest region. Ever since 1985, we've worked instep with Marriott in developing the prototype branding for the Residence Inn, nationwide. Since then, we've have a hand with prototyping a number of other Marriott Brands.
We are also proud to be awarded the top award from the Washington State Recreation and Parks Associate for our Macadam Winter Garden in Tukwila. This park is designed to showcase different blooms and textures for each season and offers a unique approach to community green spaces.
