Over ninety percent of our work comes from repeat clients and client referrals. Thirty years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Construction combined with individual recognition for key projects facilitated Brian Bloom’s goal to form a team of highly qualified professionals that consistently produce exceptional architectural solutions “on time” and “on budget”.
The team of architects and design professionals at Brian R. Bloom – Architect has extensive project experience in a wide variety of project types, evident by the diversity of completed projects including: commercial, public and private educational, community/recreational, hospitality, medical, religious, retail, and single/multi-family. Projects vary in size from large-scale, multi-million-dollar endeavors, to small-scale private residence remodels. We also specialize in Design/Build projects of all types and have worked with many government agencies at local, state and federal levels. Each project, large or small, is treated with equal importance and the same personal service.
We have LEED certified professionals on staff and firmly believe in promoting integrated whole building design practices and sustainability. Special attention is given to construction costs by utilizing in-house cost estimating in conjunction with cost control consultants. To assist our staff, we maintain a 1 gigabyte based internal network system supporting AutoCad, Revit (BIM), Microsoft Office and variety of graphics software programs.
