Clinger Spina Associates is an architectural and planning firm located in Santa Monica, California with extensive experience in the design, documentation and construction of commercial, hospitality, aviation, industrial, and residential projects. Daniel Clinger and Richard Spina each bring to their partnership over twenty-seven years of broad-based professional practice, as well as a unique blend of design abilities, technical knowledge, construction administration experience, and management skills.

We have helped clients expand, relocate, build new facilities, adapt and renovate while providing design services for projects of many types and sizes, including commercial buildings, hotels, office and aviation projects, retail stores, community centers, high density residential, custom single family residential and industrial projects.
