L+C Design Consultants is a multi-disciplinary firm offering Architectural, Engineering and Planning services for Municipal, Institutional, Educational, Commercial and Residential projects of varying scope and complexity. Our founding principals have been extensively involved working with local governments and organizations on residential, commercial, institutional, municipal & urban planning, and historic preservation.

History
L+C Design Consultants PA est. 1990 with Grace Lynch AIA PP, and Mayo, Lynch Associates Inc., our parent firm est. 1953, has continued to evolve with the profession, technology, and current infrastructure while maintaining working relationships. Our extensive experience in related fields have enabled us to incorporate the best practices in design, planning, construction, and preservation. We have many long term client relationships which reflect our integrity, pragmatic approach to problem solving, and conservation of material and energy resources. 

Experience
Our firms have been instrumental on notable planning projects, working on master-planning and preparation, tax and zone assessing, and the development of various public ordinances. Providing consultation, survey, design, and administration for countless engineering projects, educational facilities, commercial programs, and been on call for various municipalities around the northeast.

Principals and professional staff are licensed in the fields of architecture, engineering, planning and land surveying. Additionally, we have individual expertise in school design, historic restoration & adaption, LEED certification, UST closure, and OSHA safety.
