Sputnik Architecture Urbanism Research is a Rotterdam-based design collective that produces clear-cut designs for complex assignments in the field of architecture and urbanism. Typological research forms the base for our designs. The result is an integral design, with sensitivity to the assignment, the project’s context and the construction detail.

Sputnik designs for a sustainable future. The special attention we give to the transition from the private to the public domain and between building and landscape stimulates a vivid use of our designed spaces.
