The Turett Collaborative is a multi-disciplinary architecture and interior design practice founded in 1984 by Wayne Turett. The firm is known for its creative design, frequently marked by an innovative use of natural and industrial materials. TTC’s work includes architectural design, interiors, graphics, industrial products and furniture design. In addition to traditional architectural services, TTC also provides design-build construction management team on many design projects.
TTC’s current architectural profile is comprised of various commercial, residential, retail and restaurant projects. Offices for Tommy Boy Records, Island/Def Jam Music Group, Burly Bear Networks, Hale & Hearty, the TeleMedia Accelerator and Boutique Y3K are among the most notable commercial projects. TTC’s retail/restaurant concepts include Newsbar, City Bakery, The Market at Newport Chef Central, Kenneth Cole and Issey Miyake. Residential projects vary from original construction to renovation/additions to interior modernizations of historic properties.
As the firm’s name makes clear, TTC views client participation as integral to the direction and development of each project.
