Since our establishment in 2006, we have focused our energy on the creation of quality, sustainable, multi-family housing communities. We believe community is vital, regardless of economic means. Our firm has grown from a 2-person office to a group of 11 dedicated professionals who share a common focus.

Our approach to design is contextual, and while we consider ourselves modernists, we allow the conditions at the site influence the design.  HD is always seeking creative and innovative uses of space and materials. We have a strong interest in urban revitalization and have completed renovation/adaptive reuse projects and infill communities. Our presence within the mid-Atlantic region continues to grow and we are thrilled to have projects in development throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
