Project is located at skid row downtown Los Angeles  The re-model of the Simon hotel improve the living condition to people who live and work there. Circulation as mean for increased interaction, increased safety and security for the Simon Hotel, can change the disconnection between services, resident and semi-public space and provide better security and feeling of safety.
