This project consists of the renovation of a historic building with 4 floors of the 1800s.
Formerly the building was occupied by a single family.

Its structure is made entirely of brick and stone and each floor has an area of 300 square meters.
The project involves the emptying of the whole inner part and its structural consolidation,
through reinforced concrete beams inserted into the existing perimeter stone.
The review has enabled us to achieve a 5 internal units.
