One part was demolished and part of the most historic and prestigious was maintained
after structural consolidation.
The characteristic elements of this project are the stairs made ​​of iron with treads supported by iron rods. In addition, prevalent in some areas, the use of brick and stone
reused from the demolition of the historic home.
The creation of special "light shafts" made through “holes” in the ceiling give the interior a striking motion by the light coming from upstairs.
