Transparence 2012 - The Theme ‐ 'Windows by the lake'
In fast urbanizing society, where social interaction is restricted due to paucity of time or intent non homogeneous and migratory population, the club is the much needed glue to create social integration in common space. In a society that is building vertically, we are increasingly distanced from earth and nature. Hence the design of this club must extend beyond the evident facilities that such spaces house and must promote interaction as well as create ample opportunities to connect with nature.
The role of recreation as tool to heal and rejuvenate cannot be undermined and a program that facilitates both personal well being and community activities is basis for the theme of Transparence 2012.
Transparence 2009 National Student Design Competition, Honorable Mention
Transparence 2009 - The Theme - ‘Ecotel,' an eco-friendly green hotel building.
