The project consisted in designing a walled and self sufficient in the coast of Los Caracas in La Guaira.

The swastika ended up being the geometrical shape that would shape the project and divide the areas. In one arme we'll find all of the homes and connection to the greenhouses, on the other we'll find a 2 stories market with connection to another plot of greenhouses and on the third we'll find the main dock of the community. 

The 3 arms of the swastika are connected by a central plaza which serves as an articulator between them.
