614 Kapahulu Ave. is home to one of Hawaii’s leading real-estate brokers.  Occupying nearly eighty percent of the building with main offices on the third floor, Prudential Locations’ ground floor presence was severely understated. 
Collaborative Design Workshop was asked to create a fresh new space for the entry lobby.  Drawing inspiration from the existing mid century modern structure, the new design evokes a strong sense of spatial continuity, articulated through the elegant play of translucency, light and natural materials.
