Ergen Agalliu has a combined experience in project design and supervising. He has worked on projects of different scales on a wide range of typologies, like residential buildings, commercial, hospitality and furniture design. He has contributed as architectural designer for the Brooklyn based firm Hecho Inc. and as a principal architect for Al.point, a construction and design company based in Tirana. He is the co-founder of the design studio 3plusarchitect, based in Tirana, which also incorporates the interior furniture workshop KREATIV. For him, to design and to make are inseparable parts of the creative process, therefore sees the combination and coordination of the two as crucial.

3plusarchitects is an architectural firm co-founded by the architects Ergen Agalliu and Dorina Pllumbi. The studio
has developed mainly residential projects of different scales and contexts.
As an extension of 3plusarchitects, Kreativ is a workshop that focuses on the design and realization of interior spaces
including the production of the furniture. The initiative started as a lab experimenting with capacities and qualities
of wood work.
• Initiated and completeted successfully architectural projects, in collaboration with other partners and clients;
