The concept for the new MARINA CREATIVE is motion where architecture creates a sense of movement. This architecture of continual flux creates focus and interest while inspiring creativity and drawing people in.

This is a renovation of an office building in Playa Vista, I came up with the conceptual idea and sketches which was chosen by firm to develop in Revit and AutoCAD. My design was sent out for a competition against different architectural firms.
