Stay Istinye is designed to create an hybrid form of three typologies: a conference, spa,and a city hotel. Located on the European side with magnificent views of Bosphorous, the design intends to blend with the current topography with a building embedded into the existing landscape. There is seamless transition from inside to outdoors, allowing a strong yet smooth relationship between the interiors and exteriors. This 30,000 sqm hotel has 269 rooms, with 5 star hotel amenities. Due to the form of the topography, the design of each room has unique variations in their relationships with the site’s context.
