Over the last year my focus has been on the mixed used development in Chelsea, London. My role has transitioned from an urban designer to a delivery one on the Lots Road residential masterplan in Chelsea, London.

The Lots Road development is under construction, currently the super basement under 4 buildings has been constructed and the shell and core for 2 10 storey resi units is under construction. My focus has been delivering the construction technical tender documentation for a 37 storey tower and the adjacent 7 storey building (shell and core & fit out)
