About 

Ellen joined Terry Farrell & Partners (UK’s leading masterplanners) in July 2012 as a Part II Architectural Assistant and has since qualified as a registered Architect with the ARB. She graduated with honours in Architecture from the University of Nottingham in 2009. She went on to gain a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part II) at Canterbury School of Architecture in June 2012. During her diploma, she held numerous exhibitions including exhibiting in the Folkestone Triennial and the Royal Academy summer show (2012.) She has been published in the Architects Journal, the Evolo Skyscrapers 2 book and also has a further publication currently in the RIBA library; London 2050, What Would You Do? She has also been a visiting critic at the University of Greenwich, London Met and Canterbury School of Architecture.

During her time at Farrells, she has gained valuable experience working on a variety of urban design and masterplan schemes including; Mount Pleasant, White City, Vauxhall and Alexandra Palace. She spent a year and a half focused on the redevelopment of the Earls Court masterplan in West London; co-ordinating a 32 hectare (heavily constrained) site which sees the introduction of four villages, a new high street and a suspended park. Over the last year, her role has transitioned to a delivery one on the Lots Road residential masterplan in Chelsea, London.

She is currently looking to relocate to Chicago, IL to expand her architectural scope.
