Turn of the century  farm house in rural Illinois purchased to be renovated as a retirement home.  First floor needs to be handicap accessible with new arrangements for the bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen.  The only proposed addition is an attached garage (to be added later).  Second floor remains unchanged except for the installation of a bathroom.
