The 56-story skyscraper, located at 700 Saint-Jacques Street is set to become the city’s tallest residential building with its 200 meters ending in a triangle. 

I have been actively involved in this project since 2017 from early architectural concept to execution permit and city  approvals stage as part of BLTA’s team. I have also done independent work for Broccolini to support the marketing team with arch-vis 3d modeleling and  physicals 3d printed models.
