The new CBC Headquarter in Montreal is a 7 floors, 450 000sq2 office building in concrete and steel structure. In its center, a breathtaking atrium offers an interconnected program of gathering and studio spaces joined by elegant passerelles. The ceiling is of cross laminated timber beams and large glass panels. 

I have been involved in this project since 2016 when it was still in preliminary stage.  BLTA won the contract for the best proposition and is now near completion. I have mostly worked on the appearance of the atrium, its complex spatial organisation and volumes, its materials from detail to finish. I have also participate in the design and the realization of the exterior envelop and professional coordination in the contract administration phase.
