Acquired as a development site in 2015 it didn't take long until the client was captivated by its long overhangs and amazing views of the Pacific and decided to keep for himself.  The property was neglected from the inside out but some how we started piece by piece and were able to return it to its hay days. 

The original home called out for mahogany trims, and cabinets, a splash of green in the kitchen brought the cozy 1950's into the 2015. Room by room we made upgrades and modifications to the plan, we opened up a few walls for the very desirable open floor plan feel, we also added a bathroom and laundry room in the lower level to turn this existing 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom plus laundry and study hall.
