By leaving half of the plot free for gardens and terraces the house opens completely to the exterior and allows its inhabitants to enjoy outdoor life in their own home. 

A free "loft-like" floorplan on each floor, that opens visually and functionally to the garden, added to a staircase that connects every floor with the roof terrace; transforms the house into an über-loft; where the space is fully integrated horizontally and vertically.
