This house is designed for a very simple family wishing to settle in their hometown and close to nature amidst in a large farm

As the requirement of our client is of a very simple 3bhk house of total
built up only 2300 sqft the main approach was to create a compact layout
while maintaining a balance with connectivity and spaciousness thereby
incorporating an open floor plan consisting of double height hall,
elevated kitchen, dining, pooja and staircase consisting of an ots
structure to give a sense of openess through the natural light. With a
bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms on first floor with a common
terrace

As the frontage is small due to a compact layout the main
emphasis on the exterior is to be put on the double height framed
entrace foyer as well as on the box interlock type design elements to
give the facades a bulky, simple yet contemporary look from all the 3
sides with some rustic color and texture of brick and concrete.
