This residence is designed on the
differing volumetric concept according to the height and shows a
minimalistic yet significant Blend of half heighted, single heighted,
one and a half heighted and double heighted spaces in both exterior as
well as interior spaces.

The entrance is designed as a double height foyer to give the facade a grand feel.

The
drawing room is also kept sunk and carefully designed so as to keep it
as a large volume than normal without compromising the upper floor
spaces by keeping a terrace garden on above.

dining Hall a calm and natural feeling.

The fenestration of the
bed rooms on the above floors are provided with an overlooking view of
the indoor garden and also a semi open living Hall without any
fenestration in order to overcome the constraints of this front facing
plot thus incorporating an indoor terrace.
